PROGRESS PEMBINAAN RUMAH BAGI PROGRAM PERUMAHAN RAKYAT SEJAHTERA (PPRS) DI TERENGGANU
Projek pembinaan rumah bagi Program Perumahan Rakyat Sejahtera (PPRS) di Terengganu kini menunjukkan perkembangan yang positif dengan menggunakan sistem IBS V-Plus Big Block. Setakat ini, proses pemasangan IBS V-Plus Big Block sedang dijalankan secara berperingkat mengikut perancangan yang telah ditetapkan. Perkembangan ini menunjukkan kerja-kerja pembinaan sedang dilaksanakan secara berperingkat sebelum diteruskan ke fasa seterusnya.
Dalam projek ini, sistem IBS V-Plus Big Block digunakan sebagai salah satu kaedah praktikal untuk pembinaan rumah PPRS secara sistematik. Pemasangan setiap blok dilakukan mengikut susunan yang dirancang bagi memastikan kerja-kerja pembinaan dapat diteruskan dengan lebih teratur. Selain itu, penggunaan sistem ini juga dapat memudahkan proses pembinaan dan membolehkan kerja-kerja pembinaan dijalankan secara berperingkat mengikut keperluan projek.
Dengan kerja pemasangan yang sedang dijalankan dan semakin lengkap di beberapa bahagian, projek ini akan diteruskan ke peringkat kerja-kerja seterusnya termasuk proses kemasan sehingga rumah dapat disiapkan sepenuhnya. Bhd. akan terus memberikan perhatian terhadap perkembangan projek ini bagi memastikan proses pembinaan dapat diteruskan dengan baik dan lancar sehingga ke peringkat akhir.
PROGRESS OF THE HOUSE CONSTRUCTION FOR PROGRAM PERUMAHAN RAKYAT SEJAHTERA (PPRS) IN TERENGGANU
The house construction project under the Program Perumahan Rakyat Sejahtera (PPRS) in Terengganu is currently showing positive progress with the use of the IBS V-Plus Big Block system. As of now, the installation of IBS V-Plus Big Block is being carried out progressively as planned. This progress indicates that the construction works are being carried out in stages before proceeding to the next phase.
In this project, the IBS V-Plus Big Block is used as a practical method for the systematic construction of PPRS houses. Each block is installed according to the planned arrangement to ensure that the construction works can be carried out in a more organised manner. In addition, the use of this system helps to facilitate the construction process and allows the construction works to be carried out progressively according to the requirements of the project.
With the wall installation works currently underway and nearing completion in several sections, the project will proceed to the next stages of work, including finishing works, until the houses are fully completed. Bhd. will continue to monitor the progress of the project to ensure that the construction process proceeds smoothly and efficiently through to the final stage.
