Selain itu, kerja kemasan dinding juga menjadi lebih mudah. Permukaan IBS V-Plus Big Block lebih rata dan kemas, jadi kerja skim coat hanya memerlukan kira-kira 5mm sahaja. Berbeza dengan kaedah konvensional yang biasanya memerlukan lapisan plaster yang lebih tebal bagi meratakan permukaan dinding. Dengan penggunaan skim coat yang nipis, masa kerja dapat dipendekkan dan penggunaan bahan juga dapat dikurangkan.
Antara kelebihan utama IBS V-Plus Big Block ialah ia tahan api sehingga 4 jam, kalis air (water resistant) serta membantu menjimatkan kos pembinaan dalam jangka masa panjang. Ciri kalis air bermaksud dinding yang menggunakan bahan ini kurang menyerap air, sekali gus dapat mengurangkan masalah kelembapan, resapan air hujan serta pertumbuhan kulat pada permukaan dinding. Selain itu, kelebihan yang paling penting ialah dari segi kelajuan kerja dan kemudahan pemasangan (speed & workability).
