Alhamdulillah, pihak kontraktor telah selesaikan proses pengambilan IBS V-PLUS PANEL di kilang bagi projek pembinaan rumah di Kluang, Johor. Pemilihan kaedah ini dapat menjimatkan pihak kontraktor dari segi kos penghantaran,tetapi untuk kaedah self pikcup di kilang perlu mematuhi procedur yang telah ditetapkan oleh pihak kilang.

Rumah berkeluasan 1,104 kps dengan 5 bilik dan 2 tandas ini merupakan projek kedua kontraktor menggunakan teknologi IBS bagi tahun 2025. Dengan penggunaan IBS V-PLUS PANEL, ianya membolehkan pembinaan disiapkan dalam tempoh yang lebih singkat dan dapat jimatkan kos keseluruhan sebanyak 20 peratus.

Alhamdulillah, the contractor has successfully completed the self-pickup process for the IBS V-PLUS PANEL from our factory for a housing project in Kluang, Johor. This method helps reduce delivery costs; however, all self-pickup procedures must strictly adhere to the factory’s guidelines.

This 1,104 sqft house, featuring five bedrooms and two bathrooms, marks the contractor’s second IBS project in 2025. The use of IBS V-PLUS PANEL enables faster construction completion while reducing overall costs by 20%.
