ORANG SELALU KATA “IBS MAHAL” 🤔
Apabila sebut sahaja tentang bina rumah menggunakan sistem IBS, ramai yang beranggapan kosnya lebih mahal berbanding kaedah konvensional. Tetapi benarkah begitu? Hakikatnya, kebanyakan projek IBS ditawarkan pada harga sekitar RM120/kps hingga RM135/kps sahaja. Jika dilihat dengan lebih teliti, harga IBS ini sebenarnya murah dan lebih berbaloi kerana kaedah IBS memberikan penyelesaian terbaik, lebih pantas siap, serta menjamin binaan yang lebih kukuh dalam jangka masa yang panjang.
Faktor utama yang menjadikan pembinaan IBS lebih menjimatkan ialah kerana ia tidak memerlukan ramai pekerja. Kos buruh kini semakin tinggi, tetapi IBS hanya perlukan sedikit tenaga kerja kerana panel lebih mudah dipasang. Selain itu, masa pembinaan yang singkat membantu menjimatkan kos lain seperti sewaan tapak, utiliti dan kos overhead projek. Tambahan pula, sistem IBS tidak memerlukan banyak bahan asas seperti simen, pasir, batu dan kayu kerana digantikan dengan panel serta blok binaan yang lebih moden dan inovasi.
Kesimpulannya, tanggapan bahawa IBS “mahal” sebenarnya tidak tepat. Sebaliknya, ia adalah pilihan terbaik untuk pembinaan moden yang lebih murah dalam jangka masa panjang, lebih pantas disiapkan, serta menghasilkan struktur yang kukuh dan berkualiti tinggi. IBS bukan sekadar inovasi moden, tetapi ia merupakan pilihan bijak untuk kontraktor atau pemilik tanah yang mahukan rumah atau bangunan yang tahan lama dengan kos lebih berbaloi.
