KAEDAH PEMASANGAN IBS V-PLUS SMART WALL

Industrial Building System (IBS) merupakan satu sistem terkini di dalam sektor pembinaan dan menjadi pilihan utama pengguna iaitu kontraktor dan pemilik projek. Oleh itu, kami di AZ Mega Plus Group Sdn Bhd memperkenalkan dan mengeluarkan satu sistem IBS yang di kenali sebagai IBS V-Plus Smart Wall.

IBS V-Plus Smart Wall terbahagi kepada 2 jenis iaitu IBS V-Plus Panel dan IBS V-Plus Big Block. Ukuran IBS V-Plus Panel adalah 3000mm (tinggi) x 600mm (lebar) x 100mm (tebal), manakala ukuran bagi IBS V-Plus Big Block pula 1500mm (tinggi) x 600mm (lebar) x 100mm (tebal). Terdapat perbezaan dari segi ukuran dan cara pemasangan di antara IBS V-Plus Panel dan IBS V-Plus Big Block. Kaedah pemasangan IBS V-Plus Smart Wall secara umum adalah lebih cepat dan tersusun berbanding pembinaan dinding bata konvensional kerana panel atau blok dinding telah diprahasilkan di kilang dan hanya perlu dipasang di tapak projek.

Kaedah pemasangan IBS V-Plus Panel sangat mudah, tersusun dan lebih sistematik. Pemasangan IBS V-Plus Panel adalah panel di pasang secara menegak bagi pembinaan rumah dan bangunan. Panel akan di pasang berdasarkan garisan penandaan (marking line) bertujuan sebagai panduan kedudukan panel. Seterusnya simen pelekat (adhesive cement) pada panel akan di sapu bagi memastikan sambungan antara panel lebih kukuh. Setelah itu, proses locking akan di lakukan pada bahagian atas, tengah, dan bawah panel menggunakan besi y10 dan r6. Kemudian, steel mesh dipasang pada bahagian sambungan bagi mengukuhkan struktur sebelum kerja kemasan menggunakan simen skim (skim coat) bagi tujuan finishing dilaksanakan. Kaedah ini memastikan dinding yang terhasil adalah lebih kukuh, rata dan tahan lama.

Manakala, kaedah pemasangan IBS V-Plus Big Block pula seperti kaedah pemasangan secara konvesional iaitu IBS V-Plus Big Block di pasang secara melintang untuk pembinaan rumah dan bangunan. Seterusnya simen pelekat (adhesive cement) pada big block akan di sapu bagi memastikan sambungan antara big block lebih kukuh. Setelah itu, proses locking akan di lakukan pada bahagian atas menggunakan besi r6. Kemudian, steel mesh dipasang pada bahagian sambungan bagi mengukuhkan struktur sebelum kerja kemasan menggunakan simen skim (skim coat) bagi tujuan finishing dilaksanakan. Kaedah ini memastikan dinding yang terhasil adalah lebih kukuh, rata dan tahan lama.

Berdasarkan kaedah pemasangan IBS V-Plus Panel dan IBS V-Plus Big Block jelas menunjukkan bahawa IBS V-Plus Smart Wall mampu memberi banyak kebaikan terutamanya dari segi penjimatan masa dan tenaga buruh dan seterusnya proses pembinaan dapat di siapkan dalam masa yang singkat.

IBS V-PLUS SMART WALL INSTALLATION METHOD

The Industrialized Building System (IBS) is a modern construction method that has become the preferred choice among contractors and project owners. Therefore, we at AZ Mega Plus Group Sdn Bhd have introduced and developed an IBS system known as the IBS V-Plus Smart Wall.

The IBS V-Plus Smart Wall is available in two types: IBS V-Plus Panel and IBS V-Plus Big Block. The dimensions of the IBS V-Plus Panel are 3000 mm (height) Γ— 600 mm (width) Γ— 100 mm (thickness), while the IBS V-Plus Big Block measures 1500 mm (height) Γ— 600 mm (width) Γ— 100 mm (thickness). There are differences in both the dimensions and installation methods between the IBS V-Plus Panel and the IBS V-Plus Big Block.

In general, the installation method of the IBS V-Plus Smart Wall is faster and more organized compared to conventional brick wall construction, as the wall panels or blocks are prefabricated in the factory and only need to be assembled on-site.

The installation method for the IBS V-Plus Panel is simple, organized, and systematic. The panels are installed vertically for residential and building construction. Installation is carried out according to the marking lines, which serve as guides for panel positioning. Adhesive cement is then applied to the panel joints to ensure stronger connections between the panels. Next, a locking process is performed at the top, middle, and bottom sections of the panel using Y10 and R6 steel bars. Subsequently, steel mesh is installed at the joint areas to strengthen the structure before finishing works are carried out using skim coat cement. This method ensures that the completed wall is stronger, smoother, and more durable.

Meanwhile, the installation method for the IBS V-Plus Big Block is similar to the conventional construction method, whereby the blocks are installed horizontally for residential and building construction. Adhesive cement is applied to the joints of the big blocks to ensure stronger bonding between the blocks. After that, the locking process is carried out at the top section using R6 steel bars. Steel mesh is then installed at the joint areas to reinforce the structure before finishing works are completed using skim coat cement. This method also ensures that the resulting wall is stronger, smoother, and more durable.

Based on the installation methods of both the IBS V-Plus Panel and IBS V-Plus Big Block, it is clear that the IBS V-Plus Smart Wall offers numerous advantages, particularly in terms of time savings and reduced labor requirements. As a result, construction projects can be completed more efficiently and within a shorter period.
