PERKEMBANGAN PEMBINAAN BANGLO DI GOMBAK, SELANGOR MENGGUNAKAN IBS V-PLUS PANEL

Melihat kepada prestasi projek pertama ini, kontraktor sangat berpuasa hati dengan penggunaan IBS V-Plus Panel kerana sistem ini bukan sahaja tahan api dan kalis air, malah mampu memberikan penebat bunyi yang lebih baik untuk keselesaan penghuni. Dari segi pembinaan pula, ia lebih cepat disiapkan dan mudah dikendalikan oleh pekerja. Ketumpatan bahan yang lebih rendah serta saiz panel yang lebih besar turut membantu mengurangkan beban struktur rumah, sekali gus menjimatkan kos asas, kos pembinaan dan juga kos buruh. DEVELOPMENT OF BUNGALOW CONSTRUCTION IN GOMBAK, SELANGOR USING IBS V-PLUS PANEL
