Alhamdulillah,Satu lagi projek perumahan oleh kontraktor Ibs V-Plus Panel sedang giat berjalan di Kubang Kerian, Kelantan. Rumah berkeluasan 1,476 kaki persegi ini menampilkan rekaan moden dan praktikal, lengkap dengan 5 bilik tidur dan 4 bilik air sesuai untuk keselesaan seisi keluarga.

Projek bawah seliaan kontraktor di kelantan ini kini telah memasuki fasa akhir pembinaan, iaitu kerja-kerja finishing yang melibatkan: pemasangan syiling(ceiling works). Pemasangan jubin lantai dan dinding(tilling works).Proses ini merupakan antara fasa paling penting dalam pembinaan, kerana ia menentukan mutu akhir dari segi estetika dan kemasan dalaman rumah. pihak kontraktor sangat komited memastikan setiap perincian dilaksanakan dengan ketelitian maksimum untuk kepuasan pelanggan.

Teknologi Ibs V- Plus Panel pantas, kemas dan kukuh. Pembinaan menggunakan sistem IBS (Industrialised Building System) melalui teknologi V- Plus Panel telah membuktikan keberkesanannya dalam mempercepatkan proses tanpa menjejaskan kualiti. Alhamdulillah, another housing project by the Ibs V-Plus Panel contractor is currently underway in Kubang Kerian, Kelantan. This 1,476 square foot house features a modern and practical design, complete with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms suitable for the comfort of the whole family.

This project under the supervision of the contractor in Kelantan has now entered the final phase of construction, namely the finishing works which involve: ceiling works. Floor and wall tile installation (tiling works). This process is one of the most important phases in construction, because it determines the final quality in terms of aesthetics and interior finishes of the house. The contractor is very committed to ensuring that every detail is implemented with maximum precision for customer satisfaction.
