Alhamdulillah, Projek pembinaan rumah satu tingkat setengah di Dungun, Terengganu kini sedang giat dijalankan menggunakan teknologi IBS V-Plus Panel. Kaedah ini dipilih kerana kelebihannya yang ketara dari segi ketepatan struktur, kecekapan masa, dan kualiti pembinaan yang lebih konsisten.
Sehingga kini, kerja-kerja pemasangan panel dinding luar telah mencapai tahap 90%, manakala pemasangan panel dalaman berada pada tahap kira-kira 60%. Proses pemasangan berjalan lancar dengan pemantauan rapi oleh team teknikal di site. Seterusnya, kerja pemasangan struktur atas dan panel bumbung dijangka bermula dalam masa terdekat selepas semua panel utama selesai dipasang dan disemak keselamatannya.
Penggunaan sistem IBS V-Plus Panel bukan sahaja mempercepatkan proses pembinaan, malah menjamin kualiti dan kekemasan hasil akhir yang lebih baik.

Alhamdulillah, The one-and-a-half storey house construction project in Dungun, Terengganu is currently underway using IBS V-Plus Panel technology. This method was chosen because of its significant advantages in terms of structural accuracy, time efficiency, and more consistent construction quality.
To date, the installation of the exterior wall panels has reached 90%, while the installation of the interior panels is at about 60%. The installation process is going smoothly with close monitoring by the technical team on site. Next, the installation of the superstructure and roof panels is expected to begin in the near future after all the main panels have been installed and checked for safety.
The use of the IBS V-Plus Panel system not only speeds up the construction process, but also guarantees better quality and finish of the final result.
