Alhamdulillah, Pembinaan sebuah rumah satu tingkat setengah di Kuching, Sarawak yang dijalankan oleh Kontraktor IBS V-Plus Panel kini telah mencapai tahap akhir apabila kerja-kerja pembinaan telah selesai sepenuhnya hingga ke peringkat finishing. Projek ini menandakan satu lagi kejayaan dalam penggunaan teknologi sistem pembinaan berindustri (IBS) menggunakan ISB V-PLUS PANEL yang semakin mendapat tempat dalam industri pembinaan negara, terutamanya di kawasan Borneo seperti Sarawak.

Dengan memanfaatkan sistem IBS berasaskan V-Plus Panel, pembinaan rumah ini telah dijalankan dengan lebih efisien dan teratur. Kaedah ini terbukti mampu mempercepatkan proses pembinaan tanpa menjejaskan mutu serta kekukuhan struktur bangunan. Kini, rumah tersebut telah melalui semua fasa utama pembinaan, termasuk struktur asas, pemasangan panel, kerja-kerja mekanikal dan elektrikal, serta kemasan dalaman dan luaran.

Alhamdulillah, The construction of a one and a half storey house in Kuching, Sarawak carried out by IBS V-Plus Panel Contractor has now reached the final stage when the construction work has been fully completed to the finishing stage. This project marks another success in the use of industrialized construction system (IBS) technology using ISB V-PLUS PANEL which is increasingly gaining ground in the country’s construction industry, especially in Borneo areas such as Sarawak.

By utilizing the IBS system based on V-Plus Panel, the construction of this house has been carried out more efficiently and systematically. This method has proven to be able to speed up the construction process without affecting and maintaining the building structure. Now, the house has included all the main phases of construction, including the basic structure, installation panels, mechanical and electrical works, as well as interior and exterior finishes.
