PROJEK BINA RUMAH UNTUK BILIK SEWA DI PASIR TUMBOH, KELANTAN – PROGRESS PROJEK FASA KERJA-KERJA PLUMBING
Projek bina rumah untuk bilik sewa di Pasir Tumboh, Kelantan kini memasuki fasa kerja-kerja plumbing yang dijalankan selepas pemasangan dinding menggunakan IBS V-PLUS Panel. Pada peringkat ini, kerja tebukan laluan paip dibuat pada permukaan dinding bagi membolehkan pemasangan paip air dan paip saluran buangan dilakukan dengan kemas dan teratur.
Berdasarkan progress semasa, kerja memotong dan membentuk laluan paip pada dinding IBS V-PLUS Panel dilakukan secara terkawal mengikut kedudukan sebenar bilik air. Laluan paip dibuat secara lurus dan kemas bagi memastikan sambungan paip dapat dipasang dengan tepat tanpa merosakkan struktur dinding. Selain itu, pemasangan paip menegak dan paip lantai turut dijalankan bagi keperluan tandas dan saluran air buangan. At this stage, wall chasing works are performed to create proper pipe routes, allowing water supply pipes and drainage pipes to be installed neatly and in an organised manner.
Based on the current progress, the cutting and forming of pipe routes on the IBS V-PLUS Panel walls are done in a controlled and careful way according to the actual layout of the bathroom area. The pipe routes are formed straight and clean to ensure accurate pipe installation without damaging the wall structure. This method helps reduce repair work during the finishing stage later on.
In addition, vertical pipes and floor outlet pipes are installed to serve the toilet and wastewater discharge system. Each pipe is positioned according to the designated level and location to ensure smooth water flow.
