PROGRESS SEMASA PEMBINAAN BANGUNAN PASARAYA ECONSAVE DI JERTIH, TERENGGANU.
Pembinaan bangunan Pasaraya Econsave di Jertih, Terengganu kini menunjukkan perkembangan yang sangat positif. Projek ini menggunakan sistem IBS V-Plus Panel sebagai bahan utama pembinaan dinding. Panel yang digunakan mempunyai ketinggian 3000mm, kelebaran 610mm serta ketebalan antara 100mm hingga 200mm, lengkap dengan tetulang tiga batang besi R6 di dalamnya. Penggunaan sistem IBS ini dipilih bagi memastikan struktur lebih berkualiti, kemas dan mempercepatkan proses pembinaan di tapak.
Berdasarkan keadaan semasa di tapak, kerja pemasangan panel dinding sedang giat dijalankan dan sebahagian besar struktur dalaman sudah mula terbentuk. Susunan panel dapat dilihat dipasang secara tegak dan tersusun rapi, menunjukkan kerja berjalan mengikut perancangan. Ruang dalaman pasaraya juga semakin jelas kelihatan, menandakan fasa pembahagian ruang telah bermula. Persekitaran tapak kerja yang aktif dengan kehadiran pekerja dan peralatan menunjukkan projek ini bergerak lancar tanpa gangguan besar.
IBS V-Plus Panel yang digunakan mempunyai pelbagai kelebihan dari segi ketahanan dan prestasi. Antaranya ialah ketahanan terhadap api (fire resistance) dan rintangan air (water resistance), yang sangat penting untuk bangunan komersial seperti pasaraya. Selain itu, sistem ini juga direka dengan berat yang lebih ringan melalui teknologi corak dalaman khas serta pilihan ketumpatan antara 500 kg/m³ hingga 850 kg/m³. Ciri pengurangan berat ini membantu mengurangkan beban mati bangunan sekali gus memberi kelebihan kepada struktur asas.
Dari segi kelajuan kerja, penggunaan IBS V-Plus Panel jelas membantu mempercepatkan tempoh pembinaan kerana pemasangan lebih mudah dan sistematik. Saiz panel yang lebih besar serta berat yang lebih ringan turut mengurangkan keperluan tenaga kerja yang ramai. Secara tidak langsung, kos pembinaan juga dapat dikurangkan dari segi asas, struktur dan buruh. Secara keseluruhannya, progress pembinaan Pasaraya Econsave ini berada pada tahap yang baik dan menunjukkan potensi untuk siap mengikut jadual yang telah dirancang.
PROGRESS DURING THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE ECONSAVE SUPERMARKET BUILDING IN JERTIH, TERENGGANU
The construction of the Econsave Supermarket building in Jertih, Terengganu is currently showing very positive developments. This project uses the IBS V-Plus Panel system as the main material for wall construction. The panels used have a height of 3000mm, a width of 610mm and a thickness of between 100mm and 200mm, complete with three R6 steel bars reinforcement inside.
