PEMBINAAN RUMAH DI KG MAJU JAYA, JOHOR BAHRU MENGGUNAKAN IBS V-PLUS PANEL
Pembinaan rumah di Kg Maju Jaya, Johor Bahru, berjalan dengan sangat lancar dan dapat disiapkan dalam tempoh yang ditetapkan. projek ini menggunakan sistem IBS V-Plus Panel yang lebih moden dan tersusun. Rumah ini dapat disiapkan dengan lebih cepat berbanding cara binaan biasa. Melalui gambar luar rumah, dapat dilihat struktur dinding yang lurus, kemas dan sekata. Ini menunjukkan pemasangan panel dibuat dengan tepat dan berkualiti.
IBS V-Plus Panel yang digunakan mempunyai saiz tinggi 3000mm, lebar 610mm dan ketebalan antara 100mm hingga 200mm. Di dalam setiap panel terdapat 3 batang besi R6 sebagai tetulang untuk menambah kekuatan struktur. Permukaan panel pula sangat rata dan hanya memerlukan skim coat setebal 5mm sahaja sebelum kerja cat dilakukan. Ini menjadikan dinding dalaman rumah kelihatan licin dan kemas seperti yang dapat dilihat dalam gambar bahagian dalam rumah.
Dari segi ketahanan, panel ini mempunyai rintangan api yang sangat baik di mana ketebalan 100mm boleh mencapai penarafan ketahanan api sehingga 4 jam. Selain itu, ia juga tahan air dan sesuai digunakan di kawasan lembap seperti dapur dan bilik air. Panel ini ringan berbanding konkrit biasa, sekali gus mengurangkan beban struktur bangunan. Sistem sambungan panel juga membantu penebatan bunyi serta mampu menahan hentakan kuat tanpa mudah rosak, reput atau berkarat.
Penggunaan IBS V-Plus Panel juga menjimatkan kos pembinaan secara keseluruhan. Saiz panel yang besar dan ringan mempercepatkan kerja pemasangan serta mengurangkan keperluan tenaga kerja yang ramai. Masa pembinaan menjadi lebih singkat dan tapak bina lebih bersih. Hasil akhirnya ialah sebuah rumah yang kukuh, selesa didiami dan mempunyai kemasan dalaman yang cantik seperti yang ditunjukkan dalam gambar ruang tamu yang siap dipasang lampu, kipas dan lantai. Projek ini membuktikan teknologi IBS sangat sesuai untuk pembinaan rumah moden di Malaysia.
CONSTRUCTION OF HOUSES IN KG MAJU JAYA, JOHOR BAHRU USING IBS V-PLUS PANEL
The construction of the house in Kg Maju Jaya, Johor Bahru, went very smoothly and could be completed within the stipulated period. The project uses a more modern and structured IBS V-Plus Panel system. This house can be completed faster than the usual construction methods. Through the exterior of the house, it can be seen that the wall structure is straight, neat and even. This shows the panel installation is made appropriately and of good quality.
The IBS V-Plus Panel used has a height size of 3000mm, a width of 610mm and a thickness ranging from 100mm to 200mm. Inside each panel there are 3 R6 iron bars as reinforcement to increase the strength of the structure. The surface of the panel is very flat and only requires a 5mm thick coat scheme before the paint work is done. This makes the interior walls of the house look smooth and neat as can be seen in the pictures of the interior of the house.
In terms of durability, this panel has excellent fire resistance where a thickness of 100mm can achieve a fire resistance rating of up to 4 hours. In addition, it is also waterproof and suitable for use in humid areas such as kitchens and bathrooms. These panels are lighter than regular concrete, thus reducing the structural load of the building. The panel connection system also helps with sound insulation and is able to withstand strong shocks without being easily damaged, rotten or rusted.
